Custom Rugs and Stair Runners in Park City, Utah
Request an estimatePark City custom rugs and stair runners — Since 1984
A great rug or stair runner can transform a Park City home. The right one anchors a space, softens hardwood floors, adds warmth to entryways, and gives stairs the look they deserve. Since 1984, our second-generation family business has been Park City's trusted source for custom rugs and stair runners — designing, sourcing, and installing pieces that fit each home perfectly.
Why go custom
Off-the-shelf rugs rarely fit the way a Park City home is built. Custom homes have unique dimensions, irregular hallways, grand staircases, oversized primary suites — spaces where standard sizes just don't work. Custom rugs and runners are made to fit, designed to complement the home's style, and built from the materials that hold up over years of use. We help homeowners, custom home builders, and interior designers think through fiber, pile, pattern, color, and binding to land on something that's exactly right for the room and the home.

Park City's trusted custom rug team
Park City designers and custom home builders bring us in when the rugs and runners need to match a very specific vision. A wool runner up a curved staircase in Promontory. A custom-bound area rug for a Deer Valley primary suite. A hallway runner that ties together the entry of a new build in Old Town. The work is precise, the products are premium, and the result speaks for itself. Homeowners get that same level of care — whether it's one stair runner or rugs throughout the home.
From design to install
We don't just supply rugs and runners — we help you design them, source the right materials, and install them ourselves. That means your project stays consistent from concept to completion, and one team is accountable for the result. It's how we've been doing it for forty years, and it's why our clients keep coming back.
