Summit County custom rugs and stair runners — Since 1984
Summit County's homes range from luxury ski properties to custom estates to family residences in Kamas — and they all benefit from custom rugs and runners that fit the way they were built. Standard sizes rarely work in mountain homes. Since 1984, our family team has been Summit County's trusted source for custom rugs and stair runners.
Why Custom Is Worth It
Mountain homes tend to have grand staircases, oversized primary suites, unusual room shapes, and architectural details that demand custom solutions. A standard runner that's six inches too short ruins a staircase. A pre-made rug that's two feet too small looks lost in a great room. Custom rugs and runners are sized, designed, and installed to fit your home exactly — no compromises. We work with homeowners, designers, and custom home builders across Summit County on rug and runner projects of every scale.

Where Summit County Designers Turn
Summit County interior designers know the rug and runner work in luxury mountain homes has to be flawless. A wool runner up a grand staircase in a ski-in property. A custom area rug for a Canyons Village primary suite. Hallway runners for a Kamas family home. Designers and builders bring us in for projects where the details matter most — and homeowners get that same expertise, whether it's a single runner or rugs for an entire home.
From design to install
We don't just supply rugs and runners — we help you design them, source the right materials, and install them ourselves. That means your project stays consistent from concept to completion, and one team is accountable for the result. It's how we've been doing it for forty years, and it's why our clients keep coming back.
