Lehi custom rugs and stair runners — Since 1984
Lehi's rapid growth along the tech corridor has reshaped the residential market — and demand for quality custom rugs and stair runners has grown right along with it. Since 1984, our family team has been the trusted source for custom rug and runner work.
Keeping Up With Lehi
Lehi homes — from new tech corridor custom builds to established family residences — often have unique dimensions and design demands. Custom rugs and runners are sized for the space, made from premium materials, and installed by a team that delivers consistent quality on every project. We help homeowners, builders, and designers throughout Lehi.

Keeping Up With Lehi's Pace
Lehi moves fast. New homes are going up everywhere, families are moving in, custom builds are getting started constantly along the tech corridor. Our custom rug and runner work has kept pace — partnering with custom home builders on multiple projects at once, working directly with homeowners on family upgrades, handling designer-led remodels. Volume hasn't lowered the bar.
From design to install
We don't just supply rugs and runners — we help you design them, source the right materials, and install them ourselves. That means your project stays consistent from concept to completion, and one team is accountable for the result. It's how we've been doing it for forty years, and it's why our clients keep coming back.
