Holladay custom rugs and stair runners — Since 1984
Holladay homes — from classic mid-century residences to new custom builds — benefit from custom rugs and runners that fit the spaces they're going into. Whether it's a runner up an original staircase or a custom-bound area rug for a great room, our family team has the experience to make it happen. Since 1984, we've been Holladay's trusted source for custom rug and runner work.
Holladay's Custom Rug Advantage
Holladay homes have character — and that character comes with unique dimensions. A standard runner doesn't fit a curved mid-century staircase. An off-the-shelf rug doesn't anchor an oversized primary suite. Custom solutions solve all of it. We work with homeowners, custom home builders, and interior designers across Holladay on rug and runner projects of every scale.

What Holladay Homeowners Appreciate
After forty years working in Holladay, we hear consistent feedback from rug and runner clients: they appreciate the personal attention, the quality of the materials, and the way the install gets done right the first time. That's true whether it's a homeowner replacing a single stair runner, a custom home builder finishing a new project, or an interior designer sourcing the perfect look. The standards don't shift based on who's calling.
From design to install
We don't just supply rugs and runners — we help you design them, source the right materials, and install them ourselves. That means your project stays consistent from concept to completion, and one team is accountable for the result. It's how we've been doing it for forty years, and it's why our clients keep coming back.
